1.2 Proses Pesanan & Hak Pembetulan Ralat
Pengesahan Pesanan: Selepas pendaftaran, anda akan menerima e-mel pengesahan serta-merta atau dalam tempoh 24 jam.

Hak Membetulkan Data: Mengikut Peraturan 6 (CPETTR 2024), pelanggan berhak membetulkan sebarang ralat maklumat (seperti nama peserta atau butiran invois) dengan menghubungi kami dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas pesanan dibuat.

1.3 Garis Masa Pelaksanaan Latihan
Pengesahan Jadual: Jadual latihan terperinci akan disahkan melalui makluman emel atau Surat Tawaran (Letter of Acceptance) selepas bayaran penuh diterima atau kelulusan geran disahkan bagi kedua-dua kaedah latihan (dalam talian dan fizikal).

1.4 E-Invois & Percukaian (Mandat LHDN 2026)
Status e-Invois: Aidaq Services Corporation Sdn. Bhd. kini dalam fasa integrasi sistem e-Invois selaras dengan mandat LHDN 2026.

Keperluan Data: Pelanggan wajib membekalkan Nombor Identifikasi Cukai (TIN) yang sah semasa pendaftaran bagi tujuan pelaporan dan dokumentasi cukai.

Status SST: Buat masa ini, Aidaq Services Corporation Sdn. Bhd. tidak mengenakan sebarang Cukai Perkhidmatan (SST) memandangkan jumlah nilai perniagaan masih berada di bawah ambang pendaftaran (threshold) yang ditetapkan oleh Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (JKDM).

1.5 Tuntutan HRD Corp
Kelulusan Geran: Penyampaian perkhidmatan untuk kursus di bawah geran HRD Corp adalah tertakluk sepenuhnya kepada kelulusan geran melalui sistem e-TRiS.

Syarat Tuntutan: Peserta wajib melengkapkan Borang Kehadiran dan Borang Penilaian yang ditetapkan bagi membolehkan proses tuntutan bayaran dilaksanakan dengan sempurna.\n<\/div>

1.2 Order Processing & Error Rectification
Order Confirmation: Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email immediately or within 24 hours.

Right to Rectify Data: In accordance with Regulation 6 (CPETTR 2024), clients are entitled to rectify any data entry errors (such as participant names or invoicing details) by contacting us within 24 hours after the order is placed.

1.3 Training Delivery Timeline
Schedule Confirmation: Final training schedules and details will be confirmed through email or via a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) once full payment has been received or the training grant has been approved for both online and physical training sessions.

1.4 E-Invoicing & Taxation (LHDN 2026 Mandate)
E-Invoicing Status: Aidaq Services Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is currently in the process of system integration for e-Invoicing in line with the 2026 LHDN mandate.

Data Requirement: Clients are mandatory required to provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) during the registration process for reporting and tax documentation purposes.

SST Status: Please be advised that Aidaq Services Corporation Sdn. Bhd. does not charge Service Tax (SST) at this time, as our total business turnover remains below the mandatory registration threshold set by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM).

1.5 HRD Corp Claims
Grant Approval: The delivery of services for courses under the HRD Corp grant is strictly subject to grant approval through the e-TRiS system.
